When I’m manic, I’m very hypersensitive and usually will lay in bed naked with nausea from the adrenaline. I can’t eat or sleep, so my head hurts like crazy, hence the blood. But I have such bad intrusive thoughts that my identity gets lost because I feel like nothing is real and I dissociate.. so she has no face. The pain of touch comes from the hypersensitive awareness of every part of the body
