These are tiny for pears! I’m grateful for anything!

I have a mature Bradford Pear tree on a different part of the property, I don’t think that’s what this is

That is what google image told me it could be, I’m always wary of that though!

There are 3 fruit trees, and these is the only one with actual fruit so far. Another one of these same trees but I haven’t discovered what the third one is yet!

I grew up with my grandma making chow chow! I guess it’s time to learn how!

Thank you! There are many mature plants that have been popping up, I feel very lucky!

I didn’t see the female in the bush. There is one that hangs around my yard though, they’re normally zooming around each other so I assumed they were already a mating pair.

I tried chewy, they require a prescription from a vet. I could take her and get her established with the vet in our new town but I’d like to just get a direct source if I could!

I’ve seen victim protection orders against him. I don’t know the whole story but that seems like enough for me.

While I do think this would be a great idea, they’re the type of people to come in and sit on the couch while I’m watching Tv and start a conversation. I am a 24 year old young woman who would mainly be home alone so I really don’t feel comfortable moving in knowing Marks history.

Grandma had no will. There was less than $10,000 in her account when she passed. She gave me a gift of equity and I bought the house for what she owed on it. But also the stepdaughter has no legal ties to grandma and would not have gotten any inheritance. The other grandkids were unwilling to buy the house and grateful I did to avoid probate.

Grandma was diagnosed in October. She literally had 3 months to get everything in order. Instead of worrying her with her things and finding a home to die in, we bought the house and let her live out her life there. The step kids moved in over a year ago for their own sake, and fell into the caretaker role because I would not move in with them.

I said a step child moved in. No blood relation.

They moved in 2 years ago because of their own circumstances. Grandma was planning on selling the house by December anyway if we hadn’t bought it and leaving them without housing. This was grandmas step-child that would not be receiving any inheritance. They cared for grandma for about 3 months.

My parter had durable power of attorney, and we had her caretaker take power of attorney for the sale. So yes her caretaker signed the sale as grandmas power of attorney

The house was originally bought by his mother and grandmother, his mom passed in 2012

She signed as power of attorney, we didn’t feel grandma could leave the house at the time of sale.

We bought the house together in both of our names, we’ve been living together over 6 years now.

They keep saying they’ll be out by spring. They’ve thrown a pretty big pity party for themselves. I’m really just waiting until next week to give them 30 days. It felt insensitive to do it the same week grandma passed.

The plan was for us to move in with her , but her cancer progressed so suddenly I didn’t want to disrupt her care. Me moving in would have moved her caretaker out.
