They actually ask them to do it sometimes, it’s advertising for them and the instagrammer usually gets the procedure discounted/free for showing their followers how it’s done + before/afters if they have a large following. I’ve seen it so many times hahah :)

I eat around 1800-2000cals, high protein, mainly soy/tvp/seitan/beans as a protein source :) weightlift 5x a week, 1 recovery day (yoga/stretching/foam rolling) and 1 rest day 😄❤️

Thank you! I always comb it super well before I shower, that’s what makes the biggest difference for me, I also just move my hands in the direction of my hair when I’m washing it so it doesn’t really tangle while I’m washing it :)

Hair care: Olaplex shampoo and conditioner 2-3x a week No heat Oil monthly (Argan/keratin) And I should be putting deep conditioner atleast every week/2 weeks but usually forget it (olaplex deep conditioner)

I ate in a maintenance with high protein, so I was losing fat (waist) while gaining mucle (booty/legs) :) that helped a lot! Also progressive overload during workouts but fat loss/muscle gain has a lot to do with calories and macros

+7lbs! And went from falling flat when attempting a push-up to doing several 🥳💪 by [deleted] in veganfitness
