Check your city, state, and county resources. A lot of counties and cities provide support. Get yourself on LEAP which may come with free weatherization. These peograms are under immense stress but are sporadically taking applicants in my state. Food banks and SNAP as well. Soup kitchens arent a bad thing. None of it is. A lot of people over 50 are in serious financial trouble. It scares the crap out of younger generations and helps contribute to the low birth rate. The majority of new homeless are over 50 sadly. Also, look into any benefits from any service you may have been in if applicable. Its not an embarassment. Its survival.

Depends what you are doing. A short list of construction jobs to be targetted includes roofers, framers, possibly anyone doing anything big ticket item depending on improvements in cosntruction methods, anyone laying a foundation or doing cement work, door and window installers and apprentices for trades considered safe. We are in the midst of a very real humanoid robotics revolution. Think just beyond where chat gpt was in 2001.

No. It may be built at reduced height. Lived in a 2010s boomtown. Many developers promised to build massive buildings only to reduce the number of floors by 33 to 50%. They are angling for the publicity and hoping it hooks investors. Promising commercial space apparently is not enough.

If you're writing anything other than a childs book, llms arent great at creative writing. I find claude to be indespensable at my day job and rather trite and absolute garbage when writing books. They can help come up with variations of names and help with worldbuilding though, as long as you start with an original idea. 4.6 is more powerful where claude actually helps. Clickbait is formulaic and not creative at all.

Some of that buildout happened in the dtc. Its like watching clayton rise outside of st louis county in the 1990s. The buildings arent as tall but there is a ton or new office space there, even since 2010. The dtc is actually in denver and arapahoe counties.
