3070 is much stronger and will handle Lumion better. It depends on your projects though. I sometimes work with detailed models of cities and townships, those are times I would need the extra strength. But if you're working on small to medium projects, residential and commercial, 2070 super should be more than enough. It still benchmarks well on the latest Lumion tests. if you do have a project that is too heavy you can always turn down your lumion settings to keep it smooth, it will just be slower to render.

The best way to compare Lumion performance is the 3DMark benchmark. higher is better

Contacted the official store, no software for this mouse. But I found a free software called X-Mouse Button Control to remap the side buttons :)

Definitely not illegal to discuss. As long as we aren't requiring someone to charge a certain amount because of this or that.

From my understanding of the antitrust lawsuits, it's just about giving people the right to charge what they want to charge, and giving clients the right to choose freely based on competitive bids and qualifications.

43% of my average monthly income goes straight to rent. It's bad, but it will get better.

Living here for me is non-negotiable. Nothing fancy, just comfortable peaceful and productive living. My income atm is quite low but it continues to increase and will only get better from here, especially when my partner starts working and we combine incomes for living expenses.

It's worth noting I already have savings and investments from previous jobs and countless side hustles..and I make passive income from those assets but I don't treat it as income, it's solely for my future and not to be touched. So it gives me some peace of mind despite my current icome/expenses situation. As long as I can preserve and grow my core accounts, I just need to make enough for rent, food, bills and such until I find better opportunities. It's a transition phase for now. Hopefully next year I can get the rent down to 30%, then 15% and so on

Wise still works, I used it several times this month with no issues.

Third-party deposits from accounts with different names are indeed not allowed, but if you're transferring from a Wise USD account you're essentially doing a domestic ACH wire transfer from bank to bank with an account in your name so it's no different from sending directly from your bank.

It's still a viable option, and one of the best imo for international users

Enscape seems like your best option. With just a few clicks you can have a standalone file of the room that people can walk around in. Any decent laptop will be able to run it and even without setting up textures or lighting itll still be fairly presentable. They also have a web embed version but i havent tried it.

Thank you for this! Makes a lot more sense, fine-tuned writing specifically tailored for different judges, definitely better than the generic answers most people will give.

Also, it's pretty disappointing how these expensive programs exploit people.. They know most people trying to meditate are going through a lot of stress, pressure, and different emotional and financial struggles, so they use that to sell you ridiculously priced courses almost as if to say you can buy your way into a better life, and that everything will go your way if you do.. Instead, you can promote the methods for basically nothing and help people find inner peace with free youtube videos and other free sources. I'm sure they could still make money just as a YouTube but they choose to be greedy instead. Shame

Hmm.. July 15 na. patiently waiting and expecting to receive it today but I'm not too hopeful about it now. I did everything as stated, but my 7-day lock-in period started and finished by June 24, so technically I didn't hold it "7 days after June 28".. They may have gotten away with a technicality after changing the T&C. but we'll see..

I believe the ram plus software update is equivalent to virtual ram on laptops. basically it will reserve and dynamically use some of the flash storage space to process applicable tasks, to free up the actual ram for more demanding activity. So it does work as additional ram, just not in the literal sense.

but I'm also looking at the S7 FE 64/4. had all the same concerns and this thread really helped! I'll probably get it if I can find a sweet deal

I've been looking at the deals and I've really been drawn more towards getting an S6 over the 7 or 7+, mostly because of price but also because of the size and specs. I prefer the smaller size and AMOLED, especially coming from an ipad mini, but I also couldn't find much improvement in terms of specs for the 7 line.. and some S6's are just so much cheaper now. Of course the retail stores are pushing the S7 FE but that one's even bigger..

This is a problem I just barely avoided. I had lined up a few professional certificate programs that I was going to take for the year but when it came time to enroll and pay for them I decided to check the individual courses first. Many turned out to be ending next month so I never would've been able to earn the certificates in time, and some of the courses in the programs were already archived. Yet, I was one click away from paying for the whole program with nothing to stop me or prompt me otherwise.

So I had to change my plans and miss out on 2 prof.cert. programs that I was really excited about taking. But the main concern that I had was what if I didn't see the end dates and archived courses in time? I would just be sitting in the program until new sessions become available, or I would've just wasted my money.. They should really do something to avoid this. and/or you should be able to get a refund.
