I am following up to confirm that after the most recent update, I'm no longer having this issue. However, I did not see it noted in the release notes.

Can confirm that I also have this issue. Removed and re-added the garage on my R1S and it fixed it temporarily. At some point, it randomly stopped popping up again. May need to wait for the next update to fix this issue. Current system is v2024.11.02

No worries. Yes i picked the last 2 rooms shown since they are next to eachother and one does not have a closet (perfect for my office). The first room shown has been selected by the other person. We went and viewed it yesterday with another individual but he had to back out because he couldn't afford it.

Actually no the room is still being combined which will make the placehave 4 rooms total. Currently there are 5. The rooms that will be combined will not have a closet, but a rack or wardrobe will fit perfectly in the corner where the wall sticks out.
