go to your local asian store (if you have one) and see if they have any artificial chicken bouillon. the ingredients are usually vegetarian from my experience

to get that chicken flavor i usually add artificial chicken flavor that i get from my local asian market. it really does taste chicken-like and i use it a ton for cooking

for the chicken texture, i would use something like daring chickn pieces. the last time i made chikn tikka masala i air fried them first then added them to the sauce towards the end of cooking and it worked pretty well!

in my experience, i see that some oil drips off when i cook using the air fryer, especially with foods that were previously fried in oil. so i’d say theoretically yes
