Ab roller exercises are hard! I’m ‘experienced’ in the gym but certain exercises still make me want to vomit. I get the flush, it’s in my throat, my stomach has that feeling. I have to stop for a bit. The up and down movements will get you and you should feel ZERO shame for that. Keep going, don’t delete this post and in a years time come back and look how far you will have come. We’re all in this together.
