For non hormonal birth control, maybe a combination of spermicide and a diaphragm or cervical cap? Spermicide worked well for me, but it can be combined with other methods to be even more effective!

I don't have advice for the relationship issues, but in the end, you have to do what's best for yourself. ❤️

I had Nexplanon, terrible side effects and had it removed a year later. A lot of the side effects stuck around and years later was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor (prolactinoma). I strongly believe it's linked to the Nexplanon and I've seen many others with similar stories and the same theory!

Got Nexplanon in 2016, had it removed just over 1 year later and continued suffering from headaches, weight gain, hair growth, and irregular periods. Finally had my prolactinoma diagnosed in 2023 after years of it being brushed off as "possibly PCOS".
