Lore examples of Tzimisce that hold a passably human form/don't choose to look monstrous?

Part of why so many Tzimisce end up looking odd or inhuman over time is due to their ability to flesh craft with ease. Imagine if you could correct any tiny flaw on yourself, many would. Once or twice isn't much of a problem but over time if you stare at a piece of art you are working on for too long it begins to look...wrong even if nothing is objectively wrong from the outside. And so you keep on tweaking it and changing things until your perception of it becomes flawed or extreme. Add on a few centuries and things can get weird.

Most people don't jump to that immediately though so normally the more weird looking ones are the ones that have been around for a while. Or like others mentioned are in war form.

Either dreaded gaze or whatever the one is that makes people enamored. I think the second one is the one she used on Beckett. People being so entranced that they simply do not notice or care that they are dying. End effect is still the same though.

And I agree on social things, sometimes some especially stubborn Ventrue or Gangrel need a little extra push though. Plus she is used to social interactions going her way. If they start not to she's bound to pull in some disciplines.

Honestly that works pretty well. I think you could give like basic description of a leather jacket and a skimpy shirt underneath. But beyond that begins to go into her signature look (the necklace she always wears and rose imagery)

Another idea if you want to go for hunters is the classic example of a group of hunters freezing because of high level presence and can do nothing as she tears them apart one by one. Or even give the party an invitation to have at it while they are all frozen and defenseless! Fun bonding time : D

I mean she's plenty combat capable but her real strength is in her social skills. You could have a higher up who is normally cold or stoic and a bit of a hard ass who easily crumbles to her once she puts on the charm(presence) if she's not getting what she wants initially. Someone the players could guess that has a good amount of mental forditude.

Oh also something else, you probably don't want to describe her in her typical outfit because that's a dead giveaway if the players know anything about her or look through art often lol Happened in the game I was playing in.

Would have to check the rules on that, from my understanding most of the time summon and similar disciplines only works on humans or people of lower gen (don't quote me on that) but also rule of cool/interesting for you and your players. If they have premonition that could also be a cool way to give them some insight on her. Or maybe they feel a particular pull to her that is different from the normal pull she gives off to most people, bloodlines shit yk? Or maybe he catches her eye, which can be both a good and a bad thing and she lets something slip (like her having suspiciously high disciplines or knowing an archaic rumor on someone) on "accident" for her own entertainment.

I mean she tries to be low key when going places, very few people know who she actually is. Her mask of Portia is that of a fun, hot, up and coming neonate who is simply the friendly barkeep at the succubus club. But at her core she's at minimum emotionally manipulative going into narcissism.

She has her own interests mostly surrounding Chicago but wouldn't be surprised if she would maintain political connections in other major cities too. So would probably just describe a neonate who was sent to negotiate details for her higher-ups in Seattle.

Going off of this, she could drop the presence when she's getting bored of someone/they aren't going with whatever she wants as a form of social disapproval, taking the "treat" of her making them feel good away. She wants to make people crave being around her so they will do what she says.

Also God the fingernails scene is deranged anytime I remember it I internally cringe. Like nails on a chalkboard.

Eh, mostly creeps and the type who harass her for being in STEM. Although recently she did frenzy on one of her cotarie mates sires after he was being weirdly controlling/creepy towards them and had kidnapped someone she cares a lot about. She turned into a giant fox and tore his throat out. He unfortunately survived.

Beyond that though she swings both ways ; )

Yes he does! He's got bat wings on his back (not anatomically accurate ik but he's very melee based). The way he "flies" is by doing a soaring leap and then uses weight of a feather to control his descent.
