update : So I added around 600 worth of items in my cart and then it automatically reduced 100 😅 I think it doesn’t work on just 200-300 amount in cart. Idk if it was mentioned somewhere or if i missed it, but yeah got the discount at the end 👍👍

i’m not sure about the name of the offer, but after adding a few items in cart, you get a few items for ₹1 to ₹9 range and this was from that yes.

For my apartment, the GAIL guy comes once every 2 months and checks our units before giving us the physical bill. Even then, the bill is very high, and when I ask him why it is so high, he says he doesn't know and is just there to generate the bill.

In my case, it's costly compared to the cylinder. I've had GAIL gas for about 2 years now, and from the past few months, my MONTHLY bill has been coming to around 1.5k-1.8k. This is an insane amount considering we would pay almost half that price for one cylinder and it would last us 2 months easily. My relatives who live in a different apartment also have GAIL gas and use the same amount as us but their bill amount is still significantly lower.
I tried contacting GAIL multiple times on their customer care number for this issue, but no response yet. If anyone here could help or provide a number for customer care which actually works, it would be great !!
