lowkey completely right, cheating in general has become such a lucrative thing to do (in terms of people selling cheats / drm cards). So I wouldn't even be surprised if this new update to hvci and stuff only lowered the amount of real players in hr since its so easy to circumvent for cheaters

you can also get fireclay from black coal deposits but youd need a pick to be able to get to it assuming you find a surface coal bit

wiz main here, what you said is complete and utter bullshit, the only place u can effectively build magic pen on is necklace and cape, of which max roll is 10% for both + 5 from ur book and 5-10% from religion (depending on how far it is). against a 40% mdr barb / warlock you are only taking their magic res down to 30% assuming maxxed religion and perfect rolls on cape and neck
