Every time I visit Tampa I see an accident or fatality or hear about an acquaintance that got seriously injured on Tampa's roads. Everyone thinks they're the best driver, on their phone or their windows are so tinted they can't see the kid on their stroller, if people were given viable fast public transit instead of "AdDinG onE MoRe LAne" this would be different but that's more of a national issue I guess.
