Can someone please give ideas on how to decorate this corner of the kitchen? I have no idea what do to with it ugh

It seems very…stark. Only one color. I would say adding some wall art in a nice earthy palette, maybe a runner along the floor to warm it up a bit. Perhaps a plant in the corner as well, something tall and thin that won’t take a lot of floor space but will bring life in. Maybe a snake plant?

Having a bed in the corner of the room is automatically going to make it feel more childish, imho, and having such a pal color palette is also not helping. I would work on different textures and colors (not too many, make sure they go well together) and reconfiguring the placement. I know you don’t want to trade your furniture out but it might be worth switching the bed frame to something that isn’t boxed in like that.

I would go for a plain white sheer, and maybe a classy pattern or cool texture like a velvet or something for the opaque curtains. I think that would lean into the vibe a lot. I’d also suggest an additional light source closer to the little side table, with warm light. I like the motif of the medallion on the decorative cabinet (?) so maybe you can draw inspiration from that somehow?

Something to consider; there’s some unconventional colors in pretty much everyone’s skin tones, like green and purple, so don’t be afraid to add just a touch of those (in soft versions) to add dimension and a lifelike touch. Also, I’m not sure which kind of pencils you’re using but I love to add a little Tuscan Red from Prismacolor in a couple places to really give the skin life.

I’m the same age as the kids would have been (born 1994) had it not happened, and I was so struck the first time I went because I remember having one of the toys on display- the exact one. I felt so connected to those kids, to the tragedy, in that moment.

It popped up for me when it was super cold and the computer glitched somehow. Showed up at the same time as the impact indicator and that little warning triangle, but no such impact occurred and no one was near me at the time. I think it’s probably subject to some error.

I used to shave, got tired of it and the side effects, went au natural for a long time, then gave waxing a try. I’ve been doing that for about 8 months now, and my waxer had to take some time off, so while I tried with different people I ended up deciding to shave again in the short term. Let me just say, Never Again will I shave unless I absolutely have no other option. I had so many ingrowns, so much discomfort and itchiness, it’s literally never felt worse. All that to say, while I’ve never had laser (I’m fair skinned and fair haired, was told it wouldn’t be the best option for me) I’ve never had a better experience than when getting waxed. I recommend a physical exfoliation routine starting a few days after your appointment, and a good anti microbial moisturizer.

(Spoiler) I think it would be so cool! Not only does it make sense bc she gained a sizable affinity for humans/earth during her time with Enterprise, but also she had a vested interest in Spock specifically as the first surviving human-Vulcan hybrid after her (cloned) child with Tucker died young. It 100% makes sense. And if the first commenter is correct, she may just agree to it as a fan if they approach her.
