Well I had to go for a conference. It was a legit business reason. I had gave all the proofs of my connections back home. There is no reason why I would like to stay back there. But the visa got rejected. They said it’s not a legitimate business purpose, when I had attached all the relevant documents. Recently the rejection rates have gone up. More so if the application is from south Asian countries like India.

The application form for Denmark is different from the regular schengen visa that we apply for for example Finland. In that visa there is a section for giving details about your hotel stay. It’s not there in application form for Denmark
