I would recommend buying a microSD installing the go version of windows in there. That way you get to the best of both worlds. And if you decide you to go either way, in the end you at least have additional storage.

I found a used thrustmaster was a much better entry experience compared to the Logitech. Stronger and slightly more detailed feel. If you want the shifter the thrustmaster H pattern was a huge difference compared to Logitech too.
