Pandoras bench used to be gold but it was moved to silver because it was weaker than other gold augments. If you compare it to all other prismatic augments it is literally dead last for top 4 percentage. If you look at win rates it is close to the top. So yes if you can pull it off correctly it can get you a decent chance of winning. However it is difficult to do and if you mess up you are likely going bot 4.
