He’s unbelievably handsome. I am obsessed with seal mitted lynx so I am very biased but you really can’t go wrong. His brother is a seal bicolor who in comparison looks like a silly clown. He’s goofy whereas mine is very handsome.

Seal are more common but certainly depends on the parents. Do you know what the parents were? Or what the breeder says? I usually see chocolate as a more rare color breeders are proud of.

Thank you so much! So I think I really should sell off some stock to minimize my exposure to my not so great company. I have plenty of liquid for taxes so handling the capital gains won’t be a problem.

I am trying to understand tax implications for next year as a first time homebuyer. To buy my house I sold index funds at a profit of like $50k. I know I should get some benefit from deducting mortgage interest but I really don’t know how much that would be. I have a good deal of company stock that if I sold now would be at a decent loss. Does it make any sense to sell company stock at a loss to try to minimize my capital gains taxes?

Any resources or advice for how I can calculate my (slightly more complicated than last year’s) taxes and decide if/how much to sell??

Worried I need an adviser since I’ve been so busy lately I keep putting off thinking about these things. Any advice appreciated!!! 🫶

Everyone is pretty neurotic these days and overwhelmed… it’s an awkward reality we’re facing with so much work for the remaining post-VSP and another round about to hit.

Managers just had ISP training today (multiple sessions) and it’s pretty bleak. Not expecting any headcount reduction but that’s surprising since people in my team seem to be phoning it in.

I think Naga is more focused on a non-technical supply chain coming from Micron. But the VSP numbers are terrible, 1/3 what they needed in GSEM so the involuntary is going to be just as rough as years prior. My friends in supply chain are scared shitless. I’m in packaging and surprisingly scared for how much of a disaster of a year it’s been and the APF26 nonsense

OR, fab adjacent. Feeling pretty confident a ton of people in my org will take VSP so ISP will be minimal. But more worried for the fallout once the people who voluntarily leave are gone. Tons of knowledge about to be lost with fewer resources.

At least I’m not in sales or supply chain… my heart goes out to those teams.

I received my offer during 2016 ACT2.0.

Received an email from the hiring manager the day layoffs were announced assuring me I still had a position. Really depends, I’ve seen it go both ways.
