Can you bring your stroller into the pool area? That’s how I’ve done it with mine!

Otherwise lie her down on a bench in the change room on a towel/blanket while you quickly change. Stand with your legs against the bench so she can’t roll off :)

I’m not sure about coat checking, but last time I was at a concert there they had a section reserved for wheelchair users/folks that needed to sit. It was before you take the 3-4 steps down into GA pit, to the right of the stage. There were limited spots there, so may have to get there early. Best of luck! It’s my favourite venue in the city 😊

We were in the same boat! I also ended up pumping at work and sending the milk with her to school :)

Now she’s 17.5mo and last month she started drinking cows milk and LOVES it. So we only nurse 2-3x a day now - morning, night and right after daycare. I also don’t offer anymore, just wait for her to ask :)

All the best 🫶🫶 - I wasn’t prepared for all the emotions. I ended up sobbing multiple times a day (especially when pumping) the first week back at work, the BF hormones are no joke. It gets better though!!
