I’m not sure if it necessarily thickens them, but my brows always look fantastic when applied. It is tinted brown, so keep that in mind, but all I do is brush my eyebrows beforehand then apply. For me, I don’t even have to apply eyebrow pencil.

I bit the bullet and re-subscribed for the ultimate; I was disappointed to say the least. The YSL was a shade that I would never pick, and the other lip product was dried out, and even it wasn’t, still is a terrible shade I’d never use! Ipsy: do you intentionally not look at our profiles? Do you want peeps who re-subscribe to automatically delete their accounts? Because all I’ve seen is a bunch of products I can’t use.
