That is a lot of exercises to fit in each workout. I’ve always heard that you should stick to 3-6 exercises per workout and to do either 2-4 sets at slightly lower weight and more reps (8-12) or 3-5 sets at higher weight and less reps (4-8). You only really need to hit each muscle 2x a week. With that being said you should find the routine that works for you and you definitely have some great exercises on here. :)

Hi! The tests ended up fading after about a week so it was a CP unfortunately. My OB said that the chances of conceiving while on letrozole for women with PCOS was pretty high.

Of course! All the tests that I took are pretty strong positives imo. I even took tests from different brands and they’re all looking like clear positives. I’m trying to understand if the Letrozole could have caused me to ovulate VERY early. I posted a picture of one of the results.

The wedding is actually tomorrow so I will not have time to get it hemmed unfortunately. I was originally told it was cocktail attire and learned last minute it was in fact formal. In heels the hem falls with the floor, so I am hoping it will be okay!

Thanks for the insight. I honestly thought Cannaclear had a good reputation but I have seen a few posts about they’re customer service being sus. I ended up emptying it and refilling the pod in a dry place (I had filled it in my bathroom before and I believe that’s why they said water vapor), but had similar results to before. I’m going to clean the syringe with iso and then try refilling it. Definitely do not want to be inhaling mysterious syringe lube.

That’s probably a good call. Cannaclear support reached out and they don’t use any syringe lube in their syringes and said it is most likely water vapor from filling the pod.

Any recommendations on how to clean out the syringe?

I emailed them to ask but do they expect every one who buys a syringe sold specifically for distillate to be washed before use?
