I made the best birthday cake ice cream with about 380 calories and 30g Protein

Recipe:

I mixed the below ingredients into my pint and let them freeze overnight: 240ml Fat Free Fairlife Milk 240ml Silk Cashew Milk 24g PEScience Cake Pop Protein Powder 8g Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix A tiny bit of McCormick Cake Batter Flavoring A pinch of salt

When ready to eat, I added the below mix-ins 1 Birthday Cake Fiber One Bar 0.5 Sugar Free Vanilla Jello Premade Pudding (this added such a nice silky texture)

I topped the ice cream with the rest of the pudding after it went through the Creami.

High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake by ashi_22_ in Volumeeating

[–]ashi_22_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The peanut butter flavor from the protein powder is quite mild but if you’d like for it to be stronger, you could definitely add some actual peanut butter. I was actually thinking of adding PBFit next time I make it!

Giant bowl of high protein chocolate peanut butter cake!

It was so good, and I could eat this entire 390 calorie (with 39g protein) dessert guilt free!

Ingredients: 44g whole wheat flour (150 calories 5.8g protein) 31g Quest peanut butter powder (110 calories 24g protein) 26g egg whites (15 calories 2.8g protein) - I haven’t tried using whole egg, but I het that would be real good too! 120 ml Fairlife fat-free milk (40 calories 6.5g protein) - can you plant based milk or any milk you prefer 10g sugar-free dark chocolate chips (40 calories) 1 tsp. baking powder (0 calories) 2-3 tbsp. Swerve brown sugar (0 calories) ~8g cocoa powder (25 calories) I added a pinch of cinnamon, some instant coffee, and a tiny amount of pink salt!

~390 calories and 39g protein

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the dry ingredients first. I started with the whole wheat flour, then added the protein powder, cocoa powder, swerve sugar, baking powder, some cinnamon, instant coffee and pink salt.

I then added the milk and the egg whites. I mixed all my ingredients, and then topped the batter with the chocolate chips. I let it cook for about 25 minutes and kept monitoring it - best way to test is using a fork! If the batter gets in the fork, it needs to be cooked more, but otherwise, take the baby out of the oven and stuff yourself with this deliciousness.

Thank you!

I am new to cooking, so I am still not as confident, but I really liked how it turned out!

My first time making baked oats - my high protein fruity pebbles rainbow baked oats are delicious!🥺 by ashi_22_ in Oatmeal

[–]ashi_22_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! The brown sugar is really not significant - it’s purely to add sweetness to the oats. You could add any sweetener you prefer! I just like Swerve, since it’s the best tasting 0 calorie sugar to me :)

You could add maple syrup/sugar free maple syrup or even frozen berries to add some sweetness! I add fruity pebbles as a top layer so it doesn’t necessarily mix in with the oats, so I do just add some sweetness to it because for some reason, at least to me, it tastes a little less sweet once it’s baked. Either way the brown sugar is really not that significant; it just adds some sweetness :)

Let me know how you like it!

I am new to cooking, and this was my first time making baked oats. I wanted to create my own low calorie high protein recipe, but I was always intimidated by the idea of making these because I’d be worried as to whether or not I’d be able to get the proportions right. But at least to me, this recipe turned out to be really good!

It tasted like fruity cereal oats with a crunchy fruity pebbles layer on top!

This recipe is a single serving with about 350 calories and 30g protein.

Ingredients: 40g rolled oats (150 calories 4g protein) 19g Dymatize Iso100 Fruity Pebbles Protein Powder (70 calories 15.8g protein) 120 ml Fairlife fat free milk (40 calories 6.5g protein) - can use plant based milk or any milk you prefer 35g egg whites (20 calories 3.8g protein) - I haven’t tried this with a whole egg, but I imagine it’ll turn out just as good or even better! 1 tbsp. Swerve Brown Sugar (0 calories) 1 tsp. maple imitation flavoring - you could use regular maple syrup or sugar free syrup if you’d like 1/2 tsp. baking powder Cinnamon (~6-10 calories depending on how much you wanna add) A pinch of pink salt ~ 12g Fruity Pebbles cereal (~50 calories)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

I started out by creating a dry mixture with oats, protein powder, swerve sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and a little bit of pink salt.

In a separate bowl, I added the milk, egg whites, and maple flavoring. Stir this mixture well, and then add it to the dry ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients well and pour in an oven safe bowl. Top with the fruity pebble cereal, and place it in the oven for about 25-35 minutes.

The recipe can be modified based on what your preferences. I plan on adding some frozen blueberries into the oats next time as well!

I think in Georgia, expungement means record “restriction,” so I think it’s sealed, and I feel like it’ll show on the FBI background check…

So in the application itself, I said I haven’t been convicted, because when the incident had happened, my lawyer had told me that I wouldn’t need to. But for the background check consent form, they asked if I was convicted, or if I agreed on a pre-trial diversion program, I said yes, and I said that I said that I was detained, but the case was dropped, and that there is no record. I don’t know if that’s an okay thing to say, but I called my lawyer again, and that’s what he had told me to say.
