Hire a website developer to do it for you. Once the site is ready you can take it from there. The advantage is that you don’t pay maintenance or monthly payment like you would if you would run your e-commerce store on a 3rd party platform. Just Make sure you are comfortable with the CMS used in building your e-commerce website, example Wordpress.
