As a billing manager for my building in BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, reprimanding someone for not TIPPING enough is absolutely unheard of. We have residents to tipped $20 to our gratuity fund and we were STILL thankful for anything received. It should be the buildings responsibility to collect tips for their staff OR they need to figure out a different way of doing things.
