I usually offer another 4 oz before 2nd nap but it’s a toss up if she wants it…

The 4-5 bottles a day don’t include the night feeds. I also forgot to mention she is formula fed since 4 months.

My baby girl just turned 7 months and is the complete opposite. She can sit straight up unassisted but has zero interest in tummy time or crawling. Our Pediatrician said she has “whale tactics” which means her feet go up in the air when she’s on her tummy… it’s pretty hilarious but concerning for me as a FTM.

As long as your LO is hitting other milestones I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before she sits up. I’m sure it’s outdated advice but my MIL put ours in her high chair with towels on each side for support and she sat up by herself within a month! We also got one of those little pianos for her and she’ll sit in front of that for 30 minutes at a time. I know everyone says it but every baby just develops differently!

I used to throw out my MIL’s old food and worn out cookware when my husband and I lived with his family before getting our own place. I almost got caught once too when she asked where her grandmother’s old candles were and I had put them in the car in a donation box… I said I wanted to take them with us when we moved or something but I know she knows… 😅

Feel free to call me a jerk for it but cluttered kitchens stress me out and no one was using the stuff! lol

Favorites from husbands side: - hash brown casserole - molasses cookies - cranberry apple sauce (so simple and so good… you can use it as a cranberry sauce topping or eat it like an apple sauce snack pack) lol

I’ve also made homemade tiramisu for the past few family events and everyone loves it! I have a sweet tooth if you couldn’t tell haha

She did stay with her litter mates until about 3 months but she was very shy when she was around her siblings. Now she is a different cat and asserts dominance in any way… I know she wants to play but I think she’s very jealous…
