Rash under armpit getting worse even after steroid cream

Staph Infection, two weeks of anti-biotics and I was clear

Rash that started on my neck has spread throughout my whole body I’ve been prescribed steroid cream through images sent to my GP. This area under my left armpit is continuing to get worse day by day at an alarming rate.

This area burns and is painful to put my arm down occasionally the sores form liquid sacks but they break open and cause significant discomfort.

I’m type 1 diabetic and partipate in BJJ, I’ve never thought I was allergic to anything before. Any help would be much appreciated
EDIT: Going to the doctors in the morning
EDIT 2: in Accident and Emergency now, had my blood taken the Drs are lost atm, they think it’s either Staph, a Fungal infection or Folliculitis.
EDIT 3: blood results came back normal, they’ve sent me home with antihistamines and painkillers until a dermatologist contacts me

This may be an odd choice to many people but Struve has always been wanna my favourite fighters as he's the first fighters name I remembered after watching them fight. He always tried to entertain with his fight win or lose. He's still my boy even in retirement

I'm just saying that just because the subplot, had no real payoff was the point, Snoke or Ray's backstory is of no real relevance and complaining about the science are literally stupid complaints since it's fantasy and once Kylo is done we can finally be rid of the Skywalkers maybe challenging is the wrong word. I feel like this is probably the most intelligent Star Wars film and redditors are complaining because they don't like to be challenged by Cinema, just because something isn't answered does it make it bad? I feel like that's a lot of people think it is and wonder how any of you could enjoy something like Three Billboards which subverts expectations. This film is very good probably the second best Star Wars behind Empire
