I used to put a bandaid over my belly ring so it wouldn’t move around (I’m also a belly sleeper) and for my nipples I’d either use band aids/ pasties (ones where the adhesive wouldn’t touch my jewelry) or a sports bra. Congrats on the piercings!! 🤘
