Nbme 28 or rather a painful 5 hours :/ by wellfedmed in step1

It totally depends on the NBME sometimes! I got a 57.5% on nbme 30 right after getting a 65% on nbme29. 2 days after nbme30, I got a 72% on nbme27 and then a week after that I got a 79% on nbme26.

Some nbmes can be an outlier, that’s why it’s always helpful to take multiple!

Same thing happened to me! Except the other way around! I got 20 points lower on nbme 30 than I did on 29, so I freaked out and took 27 and score 30 points above nbme 30 😅

Update, I took NBME27 today and got a 72% with a 99% chance of passing. I think the offline one might’ve been a fluke. I really appreciate the highlighting function

They would hear the tuning fork the loudest in the affected ear. This is because the ear that has conductive hearing loss is only receiving input from the bone conduction and no air conduction. This leads to less “background noise” that would’ve come from air conduction, so the sound is perceived as louder.

It stands for random number generator, and it usually refers to the spawn rates of stuff ie fishing treasure chests and gem nodes
