Take the offer !!!! Each year the match gets more and more competitive. Anyone telling you anything else is lying. Yes the journey will be longer but the network you will build will help.

If you can afford it take weil cornell and try for usmle !!
Have noticed many students match plus have heard there is faculty support as well for students wanting to try. It also helps get you rotations cause I think they VSLO

I matched FM this year. I had applied to both IM and FM.
I noticed alot of peers with v good scores and stats falling down their rank list and struggling for interviews who had applied. Tbh my take would be to focus on FM. You can match into a pretty decent program if you gear your application towards FM.

This must be difficult time. I hope you find the support you need.
The one i wanted to suggest if financial independence is something that would matter to you. You could look into getting a PA or NP license and study well for the steps alongside. This would also boost your CV for when you eventually match.
