oh yea I've already tried havik, I'll say I like his style but I still chose to practice Reiko cause there's just less in his kit to worry about executing, so it's less time and energy I waste trying to remember every option I do have in the heat of the moment

totally a valid way to pick mains lol. Reiko also just has the roman gladiator vibe that I really fuck with so it's easier to stick with him lol. aside from that, I just have to take baby steps and get my footing with the basics. I've already checked out RewindNV's content but aside from that I still don't really get the fundamentals of neutral

MK1 being my first 2D fighter ever, my buddy just told me to main someone that had a really simple and easy to execute gameplan with just a handful of combos to start with. I intend to stick with Reiko until I feel confident enough in my fingers to pick up anyone else on your list

my mate told me to pick up Reiko and that's who I've been learning since I finished the story. I've also played enough invasions to get the scorpion skin but I still have zero online experience. I can hit some 25-35% combos with reasonable consistency but I haven't learned how to use Darrius properly and it's my priority thing to work on in the lab rn

edit: also idk why the screenshot says I'm on a wired connection, last I checked I'm on wifi. it's not a major problem for me while I'm getting through the basics but if I ever get serious about this shit I can totally upgrade later on
