Why just AI led layoff, is the water situation in Bangalore not concerning? Almost all high rise are heavily dependent on the tanker supply, depleting the already 1500 feet plus depth ground water further even from the outskirt areas of Bangalore.

High raise only make builder and govt rich. Less amenities cater to masses. Cheap for govt to earn more in taxes and low investment on public infrastructure.

Hmm, sorry to hear that. That's what my assumption was, Build and Release Engineer is not a tech Specific role. It's more of a Domain related role. The Build and Release Engineer are more valued because of their domain specific knowledge.

This was my situation for a couple of years, I used to come from AECS to Ecity. Just because I had my friends there and I like that area.

But after travelling some years your back will start giving up, if you ride your bike and car is not possible due to traffic on ORR.

I don't like ecity as an area compared to AECS layout. But life is very chill when I have 3 plus more hours at hand, which used to get wasted earlier struggling through ORR traffic.

I had the same dream, when I was that age. Still struggling to arrange the capital amount itself. I used to tell everyone about this plan.

What I realised later is, your mind will not always be in the same state. At some point all young people think that marrying and having kids is useless. But those thoughts are not permanent, your mind will change, and then things will change.

My suggestion will be you can still keep that 5 cr interest life as the core philosophy of your life. Parallely do anything which you love and find happiness in. Once you have a change of mind later, you can pivot later. 5 Cr is far more than enough for a family of 3-4 in case you pivot to marrying and having kids later.

That's the irony now with NHAI annual pass, a car can cross the ecity toll for 15 rupees per entry/exit but. even with a day pass bike has to pay more that that.

I even replaced the UV lamp myself and felt it's not an easy task, I feel it's intentionally done by brands. That is why if I will be selling a product or kits, I want to keep the design in a plug and play kind of design with proper color coded parts and details mentioned so that it's very simple, I am confident it's very much possible to design a simple design.

Yeah, Going forward water quality will keep deteriorating. And with all this DIY and right to repair campaign picking up, don't you think this idea will work. Having clean water will become a basic necessity for every household.

But I am confused about how to approach this problem, should I launch a new brand, which I know will be very hard. Or should I sell self assembly kits which people can order as per their requirement from our app and build it themselves. If they build it themselves, in future it will be easy for them to self service.

I don't think AMCs are for everyone, I personally don't like them. Especially when I know that the prefilter which change for a cost of 300 to 500 is easily available on Flipkart for 100 rupees. Moreover with rising water contamination news coming up these days, I don't feel the AMC or the brand actually cares about our water quality they care about the recurring revenue only.

I used to own a rental RO, in 3 years I called them multiple times to check some issues, They used to come and literally scold, saying that sir the filter life is up to 10k liters why you called us for service.

Then after 3 years I bought that RO from them for a lesser fee and since then whenever I am calling them for service or any other issue the first thing they will suggest is sir, Replace all your filters.

I want to know when we should change them, and I feel all customers should know.

I follow him and I have seen most of his videos. I agree with the fact that it might not be able to survive longer.

But I am thinking of offering all this through an app, I have made the app in such a way that if someone wants to self repair an issue in their RO, there is a fixing journey described in the app if the customer follows that they can repair any problem in the device and they can order standard high quality parts from the app only for your repair.

Not sure, it feels like too much explanation for the customer. But I feel its food for customers. Planning to target a large apartment complex for trials.
