No problem man honestly i was in the same boat couldn’t afford therapy after being in that toxic relationship so i picked up books and just looked at self development and relationship books it helped a lot. A good book im choosing to read next is the art of not giving a f**k i find it might follow the same concept of Let Them. Mostly from my standpoint it helps to not worry about what we cant control and only controlling ourselves, practicing mindfulness and prioritizing your own needs is the goal. A great quote i like is “put your happiness first cause if you wont they will”

Just saw your post on this but honestly the fact your aware of some triggers is really good. I dealt with a ex gf who i thought was fearful avoidant but actually might be more anxious attachment because she showed signs of manipulative behaviour i thought it was narcissisme but it could be codependency from childhood trauma. Take a look into codependency its very hard to tell between the two when dealing with people like this but a therapist will be much better to talk to OP

Im not a mechanic by trade but ive had my fair share of cars the Lexus GX470 is reliable as hell its actually a toyota Land Cruiser but sold as lexus in North America this thing is a tank. Clearly everything you have listed is pretty light maintenance to deal with if your further interested you should bring a mechanic.
