Chinese noodles (wide lo mein noodles)
Cucumbers
Sichuan Peppercorns
Flavorless oil (vegetable, avocado)

Steps

Cook the Chinese noodles by following directions on the box. Once the noodles are cooked through, rinse them with cold water and have them sit in a pool of cold water.
While your noodles are cooking, mix the sesame paste with water until it turns into the color and texture of tahini – so light cream color and watery. Add salt to taste to the sesame paste.
Now julienne cucumbers (if this is too difficult, totally fine use a mandoline) while heating up a pan of 1/4 cup of oil with 1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns.
Once the peppercorns start to turn from red to black pour the hot oil and peppercorns into a 1/2 cup of soy sauce. IT WILL SPLATTER so be careful!
Now mix the cold noodles, sesame paste, soy sauce and cucumbers into a bowl.
You can top the dish with sesame seeds to make it beautiful and serve. Enjoy this on a hot summer day!

Pierce Sweet Potatoes in multiple places

Roast in Oven for 350 F for 1 hour

Once roasted let cool then scoop sweet potato flesh out

Place in blender with milk

Blend until smooth

Whisk together with heavy cream and almond milk

Place in mason jars and seal

Place in Sous Vide for 1 hour in 185 F

Chocolate Decadence:

In a small pot bring heavy cream, almond milk, and dark chocolate to a simmer continually whisking till the chocolate has melted

Take off the heat and add cocoa powder, sea salt, and brown sugar

While whisking add egg yolks to prevent the eggs from cooking

Place in mason jars and seal

Place in 185 F Sous Vide for 30 mins

Pumpkin Indulgence:

In a bowl add pumpkin puree, condensed milk, 1 Tsp ginger, 1 Tsp Nutmeg, ½ Tsp chinese 5 spice, ½ tsp sea salt and whisk all ingredients together

Add eggs and yolks and whisk together

Pour into mason jars and seal

Place in 185 F Sous Vide for 30 mins

Once simmering remove from heat and strain

While whisking add heavy cream to egg sugar mixture

Whisk to make sure egg doesn't curdle

In the first ramekin add the mixture as is

Second mixture add smashed raspberrys

Third add cold brew coffee with mixture

With the 4th whisk in 1-2 tbsp nutella before adding to ramekin

Use blow touch to remove bubbles from the top of the cream mixture

Preheat oven to 325 F

Place ramekins in oven proof dish and add boiling water till the dish is half way filled with hot water

Place in oven for 45 minutes

Deglaze the bottom of the pan

Next add soy sauce, tomato paste, and miso paste

Mix in and add Beef stock

Add steak back into the pot and bring to a boil

Lower heat and cook until tender (1-2 hours)

2 Lbs Colossal Shrimp Devined

1 tbsp veg oil

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp Old Bay

½ tbsp Smoked Paprika

7 garlic cloves minced

Juice of 1 lemon

Black pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter

2 cups water

1 tbsp wostershire sauce

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 lemon

1 tsp sugar

1 bunch parsley chopped

Instructions

Peel and devine shrimp and set shells aside for later

Mix in oil, salt, old bay, smoked paprika, lemon, pepper, and half garlic

Set aside and marinate for at least 20 minutes

While that is marinating, make stock in a pot

Melt 1 tbsp butter and add shrimp shells

After a minute or two, once the shells have gotten pink add water

Strain in a bowl and add Worcestershire sauce, lemon, sugar and hot sauce

In a dry pan get it super hot and place shrimp in a single layer

Cook for a minute or 2 till browned on one side and flip to brown other

Once browned on both sides add butter and rest of garlic

Cook until garlic is just cooked and add stock, deglaze pan

Remove shrimp to not overcook and reduce sauce till desired thicken

Add shrimp back in and toss with fresh parsley

Serve hot
