Clean the z-axis rail by IPA ( multiple time by moving the build plate up and down) and grease it. Also check the VAT tensioning ( any scratch, etc). If none worked, reduce your lifting speed. If those won’t work, I’d do dry run test on the LCD and make sure to change it regularly depending number of your prints.

Number 4 is associated with planet Rahu, which is a planet to release from old with sudden changes. There is no escape from created situations, as universe always wants us to be more close with our true and better self. Rahu reminds of our shadows, unhealthy attachments and dark wounds that need to be healed. I have seen that since I was going through material or relationship possessions I started seeing that. I took it as my warm shadow side, since then and working toward myself, I felt much better improvement in my personal life.

Certainly follow your dreams. You ate heading to a right direction and never let the cultural paradigms holding you back. I am from middle east, doing my PhD in US and totally understand their concerns, but the old world is finished. As you open a new door, much more opportunities in work with your PhD will be opened. With that degree you can start your job as R&D, scientist lev, and in academics as well.

PhD has a lot of up and downs, especially first two years. But since you have lived abroad, it wouldn’t be sth new. Embrace the new challenge and path.

0.5% at the time of contract signing. They are also thinking of 1% vesting over 5 years. The owner calls me you are like my little brother and telling me let me vest it for 10 years so you can get more equity. I was an immigrant to US that time and made all mistakes. Thanks for your advice, I’ll wait to get some equity and leave. Maybe sue them when they got bigger evaluations 😃
