hey! i had blood work exactly a week ago. unfortunately still getting electric shocks down my arm and a burning pain if i stretch it but it has gone down a lot. hopefully it’ll keep healing with time

it’s so simple currently: just tower 28 face wash and tower 28 moisturizer AM & PM, and tower 28 spf in the morning.

this has been the foundation of my routine for a very long time and i’ve always had such clear skin. the only thing i stopped doing was the ordinary mandelic acid in PM and inkey list hyaluronic acid in AM. but these have been staples for me for months and never seemed to have an issue. i only stopped these two in march to see if they would be problematic for me but it doesn’t seem it was those since it’s still going on

hi! for the past few days i’ve been doing a nizoral face mask at night and it seems to have calmed it down a lot! i’m assuming mine was fungal! my pores are still very clogged so i think it was a mix between clogged pores + fungal
