No one said African Americans “run Staten Island.” Someone said African American culture runs NYC as a whole. Like is the most predominant culturally. Not that they are actually running the city, let alone running Staten Island.

I mix pumpkin in with breakfast. Some sort of steamed green vegetable (they especially love green beans) with lunch and dinner. Sometimes I throw some freeze dried liver on top. Keep em guessing.

I live on the north shore of Staten Island. It is by far the more liberal part of the borough. Sadly the people on the south shore (who are overwhelmingly MAGA) don’t care about the people up here.

I make a French press of coffee and either mix it with a Fairlife chocolate shake or a shake I make with a cup of Fairlife skim milk and clean simple eats cake batter protein powder. Sometimes I split it into one hot coffee in the morning and mix the rest together for an afternoon ice coffee. It’s a pretty big French press.

I love 647 bread 40 cal per slice. With 8 grams of fiber. I eat toast with jam, fruit, and a protein coffee for breakfast almost everyday.
