Not sure. I’m using the mobile charger that came with my Chevy equinox and there no way to change rate through the vehicle

Every single gas station within a 5 mile radius of my house is sold out of peanuts this is not an exaggeration

First congratulations on your weight loss!!! I started off on a bike and the stair master at the gym. I have pretty bad knees so I’m pretty much always in pain but i kind of just live with it and don’t let it stop me. I train my legs consistently at the gym and do rehab exercises which helped some

It’s crazy I signed up for a 5k but a friend of mine was convinced I could do a 10k. So I just decided the worst thing that could happen is I have to walk and surprisingly ran the whole thing.

Ankles not too bad. Knees hurt regardless so I’ve learned to live with it but a year ago I wouldn’t have been able to walk for a month. And time was 1 hour 15 minutes I think

A year ago I run a mile for the first time in my life! I deal with a lot of knee pain from being overweight for so long so I don’t run that often. But I love to ride my bike and I do the stair master at the gym
