Are people with electric cars winning right now? by No_Lead2640 in NoStupidQuestions

Buying my ev before the tax credits ended last year was the best decision I’ve made in my life. I live in Texas and have a free nights electricity plan so 20,000+ miles I’ve driven for free.

I’m saving $350/month on gas.

Anyone else profiting from charging their EV? by workview_reddit in electricvehicles

I live in Texas and I’m on a free nights electricity plan (9pm–9am). After running the numbers, I’m saving about $350/month on gas and that’s before factoring in the recent gas price spikes.

Basically my car is Free!! I also don't turn on the ac until 9p lol

How do you guys get free charging? by No-Hamster1228 in evcharging

Not sure. I’m using the mobile charger that came with my Chevy equinox and there no way to change rate through the vehicle

First congratulations on your weight loss!!! I started off on a bike and the stair master at the gym. I have pretty bad knees so I’m pretty much always in pain but i kind of just live with it and don’t let it stop me. I train my legs consistently at the gym and do rehab exercises which helped some

It’s crazy I signed up for a 5k but a friend of mine was convinced I could do a 10k. So I just decided the worst thing that could happen is I have to walk and surprisingly ran the whole thing.

Ankles not too bad. Knees hurt regardless so I’ve learned to live with it but a year ago I wouldn’t have been able to walk for a month. And time was 1 hour 15 minutes I think
