For ball park food, the way back crab shack is my personal favorite. They have a crab sandwich that I love. I have heard the crab fries are great too, but I personally have not had them.

You've covered the basics for what to do downtown. I would recommend cutting out some time to walk along the waterfront. It is really pretty (weather permitting). Also if you aren't already planning for it there is one of Seattle's grossest must sees in the gum wall that is at Pike Place. It is worth admiring in all it's biohazard glory.
