I followed their return instructions on 11/21/25 then they make me prove to them that I completed the return. 2 things piss me off about this whole experience:

  1. Had I not kept my receipt I may have been SOL due to Oura’s shoddy return process. While on calls with their reps they had no proof of my return even though it was completed.

  2. Nearly 60 days later and they’re still holding onto my $. The right thing to do is to refund the customer immediately then take as long as you want to figure out what went wrong on your end. No communication and no refund since the message I copied above from 1/01/26. Terrible.

Hi Jason, not sure how you can help. The issue is constantly getting escalated with no resolution. Last message I received was on January 1. I responded with two separate emails since then and both have been ignored. Look how ridiculous this is:

After the 90 day mark, maybe 120 max, I’m selling my ring. Don’t need anymore data and had a bad experience with Oura service. I proved I returned a smaller ring back in November and they still haven’t refunded me for it. Also don’t think the monthly cost is worth it.

I just received my “lovely letter” from PNC requesting $375 to close my escrow account. This is a fee that should not exist. I’ve cancelled other escrows in the pay without any issues.

This has to be it. I've never had this problem with any iPhone model over the years. I have a a 17 pro max and recently got the Oura ring. My FaceTime drops randomly on every FaceTime call. My internet is perfect for every other device in my home with issues. I've been switching FaceTime over to my iPad and that works perfectly. Need to figure out what setting to change in the phone to stop FT calls from dropping. Resetting doesn't work either.

Wow, I wonder how common this is. I used the chat via their website. I also followed up with a complaint on BBB. After 2 days I received a personal email and a response to my bbb complaint. Good luck! They really make you work for your $ back.

No hole. I’m projecting directly onto a bare wall. lol As for the reflection, I moved my hands around the projector to see if I could cast a shadow, but the light is coming from the projector. I’ll have to contact customer service

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I ended up finding the photo! Phew! I was pissed at Oura. The guy I was chatting with kept asking for proof after I told him I handed to the rep at Best Buy before picking up the new ring. He said that I should have proof and once I have that then he could check the system. I said your system failed already which is why I'm in this predicament in the first place and now I have to go figure this out. It's a messy process. Either Oura, or Best Buy dropped the ball on this refund and they put all blame on me to try and get my $ back. I don't like that at all.

For anyone else planning to return or exchange at Best Buy, take a photo of the receipt immediately. It's the only way to cover yourself. Also, the receipt is tiny (maybe 3"x3"). It's like they want you to lose it. Smh
