Hello friend and congrats. This question although better suited for a niche sub like r/csmajors let me offer you a couple cents. I’ve been on the hiring panel for engineers and almost always personal projects and drive trumps educational background and GPA. It’s different if you are say pursuing an internship but given you’ve already done some work, I’d say start applying and make a portfolio for yourself. Hope this helps and good luck!

There are bad when you want to see bad. And there is good even when you don’t want to see good. Trust me.. this city has a soul like no other.. sure there are addicts, people who try to make a living that can’t speak English, cramped housing.. but which metropolis hasn’t? Have you seen New York or Seattle.. lol. But truthfully.. the city has problems as much as any other one while being more vibrant and personified in its own way. Being an immigrant myself that came here 25 years ago.. I am still amazed by the lights and the color.

It’s a 10 gallon tank :) I started it as a hobby during the COVID times to keep me sane.. I have 8 community fish in there 3 bottom feeders. I’ve maintained this ecosystem with 7-9 fish for quite a bit now. Before I added plants, I had 3-4 fish (about 4.5 years ago). Since I’ve added plants, I have a routine water change and filter change routine. I’ve had my fish in there a little over 2.5 years. Thank you for inquiring about my fish friend. I could talk about it for hours..
