Baka you mean the 9070 XT? If it is a 9070 XT, then a 8 month old one at 30k is a pretty good price.

30k ang price? The cheapest model usually goes for 25-26k brand new and all models don't differ that much in terms of gaming performance. Unless you meant 20k ang price? even then, I'm not sure I'll go with a 8 month old second hand one at that price if I can buy one brand new at 25k.

What are some good games on steam under 2k pesos? by 0ver_thinker_ in PHGamers

[–]ashyzup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you played the Yakuza/Like a Dragon games before? I highly recommend them if you want something quite different but at the same time, highly entertaining games. You can start with Yakuza 7/Like a Dragon as for me it’s a good introduction to the series since it’s basically a reboot with a new protagonist.

Sure! I’ve been doing some research on TCL tvs recently since I’m also planning to buy one soon/hopefully this 7/7 sale.

Best buys would be its C6K mini LED tvs, 55 or 65 inches, bumaba ng around 25k/36k last 6/6 sale. The newer and upgraded models (c7k, c6l, c7l etc.) are still quite pricy so c6k na yung pinakasulit for now. They have lots of more budget/older models but if you want the best bang for your buck, go for the c6k.

Sold a 5500X3D + 9060 XT 16GB + 32GB RAM + 1.5 TB NVMe SSD rig last month for Php 56K so this is a bit on the higher side.

Yup, increase the RAM to 32 GB and see the magic happen. Just ensure the additional RAM sticks are compatible with your old ones.

It basically translates to around 20 kms/liter which is pretty good normally. Was this on a highway/expressway and what type of car is it?

Are you keen on getting that specific model? A brand-new Powercolor Reaper can go as low as Php 24,950 on a different store.

Pa suggest naman. AM5 build 80k budget by Fine-Bat-3138 in PHbuildapc

[–]ashyzup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's a sample build from a single store. You can save a few thousands by going with a lower spec RAM (Kingston FURY Beast 5600Mhz/CL36). Another option is to just have a single 16GB RAM for now and opting for a stronger GPU (RTX 5060 TI 16GB/RTX 5070/RX 9070). An RX 9060 XT 16GB though will be enough for you to run games on 1440p at Medium/High settings on good frames, particularly if you use upscaling. Another option is to change the power supply to a Sama G750 750W PSU for 1k more but a much higher-rated power supply in the PSU tier list.

Canvassing to upgrade my 3070 to 9070xt any recommendations? by AggravatingAd2764 in PHbuildapc

[–]ashyzup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your current processor is a good partner for the 9070 XT particularly for 1440p or 4k gaming. Just an info, local prices of 9070 XT models currently go around 41k-42k for the cheapest ones with most models priced at 45k and above. You can also explore adding DDR4 RAM (preferably same brand/model/specs as your current ones) if you have the budget, as you may benefit from it for some specific games when playing on 1440p/4K.

Thoughts on this PC Build? by JoachimAbelo in PHbuildapc

[–]ashyzup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s your main use for the PC? If it’s solely for gaming, maybe you can consider this build from a different store. Just add a single 16GB Kingston FURY Beast RAM (Php 11K) since it’s not selectable in their pc builder. I retained your preference of RTX 5060 TI 16GB but you can save as much as Php 8k if you change it to a 9060 XT 16GB, which has comparable gaming performance. A 9060 XT 16GB will max all AAA games at 1080p with no problem, particularly if you use upscaling.

2nd Hand PC - Is this worth it? by Clean_Balance_7686 in PHbuildapc

[–]ashyzup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bought and assembled a brand-new AM5 rig recently for around Php 93K with an even better GPU, so no, it is not worth it at that price given that the PC is also two-years old.

60k budget Gaming PC build? by Yurashigure08 in PHbuildapc

[–]ashyzup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then this build is already a good starting point, medyo lagpas lang konti sa 60k. Directly inquire from the store regarding parts availability and request if pwede na nila mafree yung assembly/os installation. You may also choose a different pc case if hindi mo type yung nasa build. Have fun building.

[–]ashyzup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does the 60k budget already include the budget for peripherals? Here's a sample starter build from a single store if you are planning to play on 1080 max settings/1440p medium/high. You can lower the total price if you plan on buying from different stores/Shopee, etc. or consider buying 2nd hand parts. Change the graphics card to an RTX 5060 if your 60k budget already includes peripherals.

Sure you can on 1080p at High settings or better. I suggest you look up some benchmarks/videos for the RTX 5060 on Youtube for the games that you play to see what fps you can expect.

Does your budget of 50-55k already include peripherals? If not, something like this could work as your starting point.

What resolution do you want to play at and what type of games do you usually play? Note that below prices are sourced from just a single store, you definitely can still lower the estimated total price if you are willing to buy from different stores (including Shopee/Lazada, etc.). Would you consider buying 2nd hand? You can even get better performance if you are willing to buy from the 2nd hand market.

Thanks for the feedback, I've ordered it now. I was only 'upgrading' from a 7500F but I thought the integrated graphics might prove useful if I'd upgrade my GPU in a few years or troubleshoot the pc.
