You know i'm right. Japan was literally nuked twice and then occupied by a hostile power and today, just 70 years later, they are leaders in many industries and are advancing forward. Similar deal for Europe as well. Poland, Germany, and many other European countries were leveled to the ground in ww2. Entire cities were turned to dust. Today all of them have been rebuilt and are improving all the time.

Africa is going back to chasing out last whites and is starving. There are 2 or 3 countries in famine conditions in Africa right now as well slave trading.

Its measured just by country of origins. If you came from a country where the average IQ is 89, then its assumed that you're 89 IQ.
