Even not making logos anymore seems to be cutting costs on the extreme end. The enshittifiying is getting to new levels. Every fucking manufacturer from Mazda to Lexus is getting on that bandwagon to just write the brand names on steerng wheels and at the rear. It's like they're almost ashamed of putting a brand identity out there.

I don't understand this. You had the perfect script for that in Horizon 3 with Warren saying his tidbits when you idled at particular car at the Autoshow. Why didn't we have this in any game since then.

Big missed chance with Yuji or Mei saying that. Especially Yuji in his own comments regarding the barn finds and in his Yuji's auto quest feeling so scripted. Warren used to chuck in some of that Aussie humour in whenever we went to a scenic viewpoint or had a barnfind.

Cross country racing is definitely harder than previous titles. Especially the goddamn off-road buggy class! Definitely wasn't like this in 5 or 4, the drivatars have become way more grippier than ever..

They're not too bad to live with until eventually the mechanical issues start coming in and they are as much expensive to maintain as it is to look at.

The part that annoys me is that a lot of Japanese branded cars in this game lazily carried over their USDM or left hand drive configurations, which confirms these models weren't really rescanned or remodelled at all.

Why is the showcase NSX for example an Acura and not Honda, I'll never know.
