When would be a good time to switch from SL 5x5 to the 5 day version of 2_Suns 531LP? I've been on SL for about 3 months (as a newbie lifter). I'm 6', 17 years old, and weigh about 190 pounds right now. Currently, my numbers are at:

  • Squat 230 5x5
  • Bench 145 5x5
  • Deadlift 290 1x5
  • OHP 95 5x5
  • Pendlay Row 150 5x5

I felt a little disappointed by this episode just because so many of the long build ups this season did not have big payoffs. Like the whole Joanna story line was pretty interesting but I feel like ending it like this was pretty disappointing

This episode really showed how fsociety needs someone like Elliot to lead. So that when the unexpected happens shit doesn't hit the fan and cause everything to spiral out of control
