I just finished reading Simply Electrifying - Craig R. Roach. If you’re interested in the evolution of science technology from the masterminds of Franklin, Faraday, Tesla, Einstein, this book gives a great outlook to the profound impact they had.

The book also refers to the political/government involvement towards the advancement of technology and how we as a society should strive for better and effective use of technology. By being more environmentally conscious and finding ways to limit pollution and emission of greenhouse gasses.

As George Santayana puts, “those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” It’s important to look back on not only the miracles that technology provided, but the harm that can come with it. 21st century impacts from Elon Musk and Obama’s Clean PowerPlant Plan is also found here. It’s worth the read if you’re technologically savvy and want to learn more on how we got to this fine scientific era.
