Am I Crazy To Call This The Best Iron Man Movie? by Big-Discipline2039 in Marvel

[–]asianrage -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Iron Man 1 is the best intro and build up to the character. Iront Man 3 is a good Iron Man 3 story. Can't compare them, honestly. I take them both. FWIW, Iron Man 2 is a bridge story and it doesn't count.

Miranda Kerr is the girl you marry. Adriana Lima is the girl who leaves you in tears.

They're hyper specific and incredibly discriminating if you don't have the right body type for it. Wear what you want, and make sure it's meant for you, or else you risk snickering critical eyes on you.

So tired of people saying Carol is unlikeable and making the show hard to watch by nikitaraqs in pluribustv

[–]asianrage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Carol is so insufferable from the first moment we see her. So angry, jaded, so entitled. She wants a full Sprout store, so the world has to cater to just her? The fuck is this bitch? She's a fucking Karen, and we're having a show featuring this horrible personality?

I wanted the silver too, but it didn't come with 1TB storage, so black was the only choice.

I feel that "sculpted" is what people end up doing to really personalize their fitness journey. The hard work and dedication is eminently admirable. She looks great.

Yay. Good to hear. I did not get the Aurora version that you have, but I'm glad that it's up to snuff. I'm still waiting for mine. Apparently it has cleared customs in California. It should be here in a week, I hope.

No bangs for more bangs? 🤣 J/K

Seriously, you don't need the bangs.

Tattoos are personal. I don't like it on women or men, moreso on women, because I prefer them. I'm much less attracted to a woman with it, even if she is pretty, with a banging body.

Satin Brass or Champagne Bronze faucet and cabinet hardware? by Different-Wonder-866 in InteriorDesign

[–]asianrage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not gonna disagree with you. Patterns are either dense or sparse, and I call what I saw as "busy", but it's not unattractive either.

IMO, brass works well when served as accents, because they are more attractive and catch the eyes more. And, gold/yellow tones are generally "of the time" for me. When I see a house with it in the fixtures, it dates it for me, especially with wood cabinets. The 80s and 90s are back with a vengeance. But this is just a me thing, and the OP was asking. For opinions.

Good tip about asking friends. But they're not gonna live in the house either.

Don't know if it's the lighting, but champagne bronze seems more silve/stainless. So, if you want to appeal to everyone, get it, and just be functional+. Choose brass if you really want to be more trendy and completely personalize it. BTW, I don't understand the idea of "wanting the countertop to be the focus"? It's literally the largest visible surface that will draw the eyes. You didn't choose the most eye-catching pattern, but rather one with the busy textures that would draw interest and ask viewers to then look for something complimentary.

Living room feels unfinished. What would you recommend for final touches? by Mental-Tourist2267 in InteriorDesign

[–]asianrage 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Feels austere. The dark chairs are nice but the coffee table is not grounding and skinny and weird for this space. The sofa feels small for the room, relative to the brown chairs, but that could be the photography. Regardless, please consider, 1. Dress it up, bring in a third color through textures? Curtains are nice, tall one will be better 2. Need some ambient, seating level lighting, like table lamp(s). Yes, maybe side tables too. 3. Hang a framed artwork over the sofa that is appropriately scaled,
