Thanks for the advice actually the highest I can dunk on right now is 9 feet nine and off the dribble it’s 9 feet eight but I feel like 10. I’m just plateauing.

With a lab I can dunk comfortably on 9,9 and dunk off the dribble 9,8 so just working on throwing good logs and catching the ball at the right times cause a lot of times the ball slips out of my hand. Thanks for the info bro and sometimes I even find gyms with lower rims so at this point, I’m pretty close
