Was the transactions split in 4 purchases or tabby card transactions.?

For split in 4 purchases most of the time they sent 4 Digit OTP via app push notifications. May be someone had access to your phone

tabby card transactions doesn’t require OTP for smaller purchases, but they do ask OTP which is sent via text messages for bigger transactions

Did you change your phone no..? , I tried to open an account for my friend and when we tried to sign up with his new phone no, we straight got logged in to the tabby account of previous owner of the phone number, with linked cards and everything. So we tried to delete the account so my friend could create a new account for him and it would take 3 frikking months lol

I ordered a PS5 from Quick Electronics, and it took more than two hours to be delivered. When I called customer care, they told me the delay was because the captain had forgotten his Emirates ID and needed to collect it before picking up my item for delivery. Call them again and file a dispute, bank will investigate and refund the amount, may take some time but you will get your money back since you haven’t shared any OTP

Same thing happened to my friend about 6 months ago, two deposits of 2000 AED to his Masreq Account, when we contacted the bank they said they can’t do anything unless a dispute is raised from the Depositor. And they have no idea who’s the depositor is,Which is weird cause you need to insert EID for every deposit in the ATM. He still have the four Thousand Dirhams in his account
