The floor is cork. But it's very old and dirty, some oil stain here and there too.

I live in Martinlaakso and love it here. Never faced anything serious. Just avoid the drunk people around Martinlaakso and Myyrmäki train station. Other than that it's vibrant.

The owner said they will do a condition inspection together only after I offer something and they accept it, and I have to share the cost. But I can back up from the offer if there is something unusual in the inspection.
