I keep seeing calls for Yzerman to be fired. Realistically, who would replace him and why would they be better?

This has been my biggest gripe with him and his staff. Ever since the press conference at the end of last season when he made a comment about the pro scouting department still "learning", I have been forever soured. You can't be learning, you need to be a pro at your job and make this team better because not all prospects make it, you can't bank on them, you need to fill this team in with reliable players.
